1 (16 oz.) Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. butter

Crumble cookies. Melt butter; mix together. Press into 13 inch pan, saving 1/2 of cookie mix to use as topping.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip together. Add to cookies. Chill 20 minutes.

Prepare pudding and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill 20 minutes. Add rest of Cool Whip and top with cookies. Chill before serving.
