OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
20 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. ice cream (Breyer's mint chocolate chip is great)
1 jar fudge sauce (or butterscotch, depending on flavor of ice cream)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Roll cookies on wax paper until fine. Put in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour butter over it. Spread softened ice cream on top. Pour sauce over ice cream. Freeze. Then spread top with Cool Whip and sprinkle a crumbled cookie on top. Freeze. Serves 15.
