1 lg. bag Oreo cookies
16 oz. Philly cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. 10X sugar
3 c. milk

Cream the cream cheese and 10X sugar until creamy. Mix 3 cups milk and instant pudding in separate bowl. Mix with cream cheese mix. Add Cool Whip. Ground Oreo cookies. Layer, starting with thin layer of ground cookies, layer pudding, cookies, etc. Save enough cookies for a thick layer of cookies on top.
