Cut crust off all slices of bread. Roll each slice flat one at a time.

Filling: Mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Spread like peanut butter onto bread. Roll up and dip in melted butter, and then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cut each in half and bake at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
