POPCORN BALLS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
8-9 c. popcorn, popped

Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt to simmer in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stir constantly. Add popcorn and continue to stir until popcorn is coated, cook 2 minutes.

To shape into balls. Dip hands in cold water and shape in 2 inch balls. Place on wax paper. Let cool and wrap in plastic bags.
