NELLIE'S CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. nuts (optional)

Let dough thaw but not rise. Break or cut into 24 small pieces - 1 loaf. Place in 9x13 pan, greased. Combine butter, sugar, pudding and milk, nuts (if using). Pour this mixture over pieces of dough in pan. Cut second loaf into 24 pieces and place over the rest. Let rise about 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When done, turn out on cookie sheet or serving platter.
