CHICKEN HUNTINGTON 
1 (5 lb.) chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sm. shell macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cubed Cheddar
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 can sm. green peas
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms

Stew chicken, save broth. Debone chicken and cut up. Add salt. Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter and flour, mix well. Add 2 cups broth and cook until thick. Mix chicken, macaroni, cheese, pimento, peas and mushrooms. Add thickened broth and mix well. Place in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
