SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 green onions, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 sm. Wishbone Italian dressing
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper

Marinate chicken and macaroni (while still hot) in Wishbone Italian dressing until cool. Blend mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix all of the ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serves 8-10.
