CHICKEN PAPRIKAS 
2 lbs. boneless chicken
3 strips bacon
1 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
1 c. sour cream
Flour
Water

Cut chicken in bite size cubes. Flour lightly. Saute bacon; cut into small pieces, in large skillet. Then brown chicken and onion. When chicken is well browned, add 3 1/2 cups water, salt and paprika. Cover and simmer the meat until tender. Then add macaroni; cover and cook until tender. Macaroni absorbs gravy so add more water as necessary. Before serving, stir in sour cream and cook a few minutes longer.
