CHICKEN PAPRIKAS 
4 tbsp. butter or oil
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. chicken, skinned, cut into serving pieces (4 chicken cutlets will do)
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. paprika
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat butter or oil in skillet. Add onion and saute over moderate heat until onions are clear. Add chicken pieces and water in skillet. Add salt, pepper and 1/2 paprika. Cover pan and cook until chicken is almost done. Pour sour cream into pan and add rest of paprika, stirring until all liquids are blended. Cover until chicken is done. Add a little more water if sauce is too thick. Boil 1 pound wide egg noodles according to directions. Serve chicken over noodles.
