KEY LIME PIE 
1 (8 oz.) box lime jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. grated lime peel
1 graham cracker crust
2 c. boiling water

Mix lime jello with boiling water. aDd ice cream, lime juice and lime peel. Stir and pour into graham cracker crust. Chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
