1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Combine cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and oil. Bake in 3 layer pans, 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING: Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple. Add Cool Whip. When cake is cooled, frost between layers and all over. Keep refrigerated.
