SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
5 rib chops, thick
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks & juice
1/3 c. Heinz 57
1 med. green pepper

In a skillet brown 5 rib pork chops with salt and pepper. Combine 1 can of pineapple chunks and juice with 1/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Add 1 medium green pepper cut into strips. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until pepper is tender. Thicken sauce with cornstarch/water. Makes 5 servings.
