SWEET 'N SOUR PORK CHOPS 
In skillet, brown 4 rib chops, 3/4-inch thick, in shortening; drain excess fat. Season chop with salt and pepper. Combine 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks and juice with 1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce; pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Add 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips; cover; simmer 15-20 minutes or until pepper is tender. Thicken sauce with cornstarch- water mixture, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
