LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. butter, melted
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients and pat into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. sifted flour
5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind

Mix above ingredients and pour on top of baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar. Makes 24 small squares.
