LEMON SQUARES 
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box lemon instant Jello pudding and pie filling
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

TOPPING:

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix with melted butter and the egg. In a 9x13 inch casserole, press this mixture in the bottom and slightly up the sides of the dish. Top with the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
