1 pkg. confectioners' sugar
1 sm. potato
1 sm. jar peanut butter

Boil potato until done. Peel and mash fine. Mix this and sugar slowly until it makes a stiff dough. Roll out thin and spread with warm peanut butter. Roll up and slice.
