IRISH POTATO CANDIES | |
1 lb. 10x sugar 1 c. coconut 1/3 c. soft butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. light Karo Cinnamon Sugar Mix all ingredients together with hands until it clings then put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Take out. Let soften a few minutes, then roll into small balls. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Store in cool place or refrigerator. |
