2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 c. grated American cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Small rounds of bread

Mix all ingredients (except bread rounds) until well blended. Toast bread on one side only. Turn and spread with cheese mixture. place under broiler about 6 minutes or until brown and puffed.
