HAM AND CHEESE PUFF 
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 med. onion, finely chopped
12 slices white bread, quartered
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of pepper sauce or mustard

1. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish (glass or stainless steel).

2. Arrange 1/2 bread on the bottom of the 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

3. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cubed ham, 1/2 the onion, and 1/2 the cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar).

4. Repeat layers.

5. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over layered mixture.

6. Cover and refrigerate.

7. Before baking, add 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs to top of the mixture.

8. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
