HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH PUFF 
2 c. cooked, ground ham
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 slices white bread, toasted
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Combine ham and cheese in bowl and blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on 6 slices of toast. Cut diagonally into quarters. Stack, edge down in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Beat eggs slightly with milk and pour over sandwiches and let stand 4 hours, or overnight (covered). Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
