HAM AND SWISS SANDWICH PUFF | |
2 c. ground ham (about 1 lb.) 2 c. Swiss cheese 1/2 c. salad dressing 2 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. mustard 12 slices toasted bread 6 eggs Combine ham and cheese (ground). Blend in salad dressing and mustard. Spread on bread. Put together sandwich and cut in fourths. Stand with points up in buttered pan with crust down. Beat eggs. Add 2 1/2 cup milk. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes until set. |
