CHEESE PUFF SANDWICH 
8 slices bread
4 slices Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange 4 bread slices in large greased baking dish. Cover each with a slice of cheese. Place remaining bread slices on cheese. Beat eggs until frothy. Add milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Mix well and pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate until milk is absorbed into bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings.
