SANDWICH PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 lb. ham, tuna or chicken salad

Bring butter and water to boil; add flour. Stir to a smooth paste. Take away from heat add eggs one at a time, beat thoroughly before adding another. Drop by teaspoon on greased pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly brown. Slice immediately. Then stuff with salad filling. Serves 8.
