TUNA PUFF SANDWICHES 
6 slices bread, placed on broiler pan & toasted lightly on 1 side
1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced onions
1 egg, beaten

Mix together tuna, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spread over untoasted side of bread. Put beaten egg, cheese and rest of mayonnaise, mixed well, on top. Return to shelf of broiler. Broil until lightly browned and puffy. Serves 6.
