HAM PUFFS 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
10-12 thin slices bread
1 lg. (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1 egg yolk
Dash salt

Combine cheese, egg yolk, baking powder and salt, mixing until smooth. Cut 4 small rounds from each slice of bread and spread lightly with mayonnaise. Spread with deviled ham lightly. Spoon on cheese mix. Nest and sprinkle with paprika. May be frozen at this point. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and brown. Makes 45.
