HAM PUFF 
12 slices bread
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
10 oz. baked ham, cubed

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove crusts from bread. Cut bread slices into cubes. Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and ham. Pour into oblong baking dish, 12"x13" and bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until center is set. You can also use pork sausage.
