PINA COLADA 
1/3 c. dry milk powder (mixed with 1/2 c. water) or 8 oz. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract or rum extract
1-2 packets Sweet-n-Low
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
5-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high speed of blender until foamy. Serve in glass garnished with pineapple spear.
