PINA COLADA PUNCH 
9 c. cold milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
4 (6 oz. each) cans frozen concentrated pineapple juice
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. cream of coconut
1 tbsp. rum extract (or 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. light rum)

Place all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Beat with hand mixer or rotary beater until smooth. Makes 15 cups.
