MAIN DISH CAESAR SALAD 
4 slices deli roast beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
4 c. Romaine lettuce, cut up
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. garlic and onion croutons
1/4 c. shredded carrots
Black pepper

In a screw top jar combine garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, oil and salt. Shake well to blend; set aside.

Rinse lettuce; pat dry. Tear into serving pieces and place in a bowl. Add Parmesan and croutons. Pour dressing over salad; toss well. Place beef, cut in julienne strips, over lettuce. Season with pepper. Garnish with shredded carrots. Makes 2 large servings.

Can sub grilled beef sirloin for deli roast beef. Chill before serving.
