POTATO SALAD MAIN DISH 
1 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
1 can ripe olives, drained
2/3 c. Italian dressing
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 lg. head of Romain lettuce or spinach
1 lg. can of tuna, drained and flaked
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Peel potatoes while warm, add ripe olives and dressing, blend and chill. May be left overnight. Before serving, add remaining ingredients. Save 1 egg and some of the cheese for garnish. Serve.
