POLISH RAVIOLI 
2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder for dough

Roll out, cut out round with glass or cutter.

FILLING:

1 lb. potatoes, boiled
1/4 lb. sharp cheese
Onions

Boil potatoes, mash, cut cheese in cubes. Put into potatoes and mix until cheese melts. Cheese should be put in while potatoes are hot. Now take rolled out dough, put a tablespoonful of potato in mixture and pinch around edges. Have boiling water in pot. Drop raviolies into water about 12 at a time and boil 9 minutes. Take out and drain. Put butter or Crisco or oil in frying pan and add sliced onions, fry until onions are brown, put over raviolies.
