WEST COAST CHICKEN | |
5 lb. chicken thighs, skinned 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate Vegetable oil for greasing pan 2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. melted butter 2 tsp. ground ginger 4 tsp. soy sauce Thaw orange juice concentrate. Combine salt, pepper, orange juice concentrate, butter, ginger and soy sauce. Grease 2 (11"x7") baking pans well with vegetable oil. Place chicken in a single layer in the pans, baste well with sauce. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes, basting with sauce once during cooking. Serves 8. |
