BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. package pork sausage 6 slices white bread 6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried mustard 2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, sharp (Make day before.) Brown meat, pour off grease. Cut bread in cubes and place in 9 x 13 glass dish, then place meat over bread. Beat eggs; add salt, mustard, and milk together; pour over bread and meat. Spread cheese over to cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake next day (in morning) 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
