BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
7 slices bread, cubed
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked sausage or ham
1 tbsp. minced dry onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dill, optional
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease large shallow casserole. Layer bread and meat; sprinkle onion and (dill) over layers. Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over bread and meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
