TINA'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
4 eggs
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion or chives
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
2 c. milk

Brown sausage and onion; drain. Layer meat, bread cubes and cheese in greased pan. Mix liquids, eggs and rest of ingredients. Pour over other layers. Chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Ham can be substituted for sausage, and any mixture of cheese may be used for variation. Can be doubled or tripled for feeding a crowd.
