BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hot sausage 3 slices bread, cubed 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage; crumble and drain. In a greased 13 x 9 baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Beat eggs, milk. salt, and mustard; pour over top of layered mixture. Refrigerate 2 to 12 hours (or overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
