COMPANY SAUSAGE BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
12 slices buttered toast, cubed
2 lbs. sausage
2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
2 qts. milk
8 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed cornflakes for topping

Line casserole with toast cubes. Brown and drain sausage. Place layer of sausage on toast and then layer of cheese. Repeat until all is used. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Pour over other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Top with corn flakes and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
