BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
16 slices bread
2 lbs. hot sausage, browned
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded, med. sharp
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
6 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. sweet milk

Layer first 4 ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese, in a buttered 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish in the order listed. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
