BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices of bread, cubed
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
8-10 sausage links, cooked and cubed
6-8 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to flavor
1/2 to 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk

Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 9 pan. Add a layer of cheddar cheese and a layer of meat. Repeat until casserole is full. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over casserole. Leave refrigerated overnight.

In morning, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. I prefer ham, Canadian bacon, or bacon.
