BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Shred bread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown meat and drain. Put on top of bread. Put grated cheese on top of this. Mix eggs and milk together; beat with a fork. Pour egg mixture over bread, meat and cheese covering all. Top with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut and serve. Can be made the night before and refrigerated before you bake.
