BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten with 2 c. milk
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked

Using an 8 or 9-inch square pan, layer croutons, cheese and meat. Pour milk and eggs over. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese or meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Set pan in pan of water to bake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
