BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Layer in greased 9x12 inch Pyrex pan:

2 1/2 c. Mrs. Cubbison's croutons
1 1/2 lb. ground country style sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

In bowl, mix:

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup

Pour over 1 st layered pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cut into squares and serve immediately. Great for brunches too!
