BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled 4 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 c. grated cheddar cheese Spread croutons in a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over croutons. Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese; pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 5 more minutes. |
