BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, cooked and drained
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Beat eggs, add mustard, salt, sauce, onion and milk. Layer sausage, bread, and cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour egg mixture over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in pan set in boiling water in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
