BREAKFAST OR BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 c. cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
1 lb. pork sausage
Worcestershire sauce
10 eggs
6 slices bread
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Fry and drain pork sausage. Place cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, mushrooms, sausage and cheese. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. (Ham may be substituted for sausage.)
