CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugar, add sour cream and then the eggs. Add dry ingredients and put in half a bag of chocolate chips. Grease and flour a tube pan, put in half the batter. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and add nuts (optional). Sprinkle on top of batter and sprinkle some chocolate chips. (Save some for topping). Add the rest of the batter, sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar mix and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
