2 c. flour 1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. baking soda 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. salad oil 1 c. sour milk 1 c. boiling coffee Mix together dry ingredients, add and blend egg, vanilla, oil and sour milk. Add and blend 1 cup boiling coffee. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. | |

This recipe is almost as easy as a cake mix, but more delicious! I use regular milk and less sugar. Instead of vanilla, I occasionally add amaretto. Frost with chocolate or amaretto buttercream frosting.
