1 (14 oz.) box Nestle's chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, softened

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (30 to 35 minutes). In large bowl combine mix (save chocolate chips for later). Beat sour cream, egg, butter until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into greased pan.

Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle topping over batter.

NOTE: Glass pan (bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes).
