BREAKFAST CASSEROLE I | |
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained 8 slices white bread, broken into sm. cubes 5 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk or half & half 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese Onion, tomato, green pepper, parsley (optional) In a 9x13 inch pan, put layers of bread, sausage, bread, sausage. Then mix eggs, milk, cheese and mustard; pour over bread and sausage layers. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
